My friends and family have asked me over the years how I stay so thin.  Since I get the question so often and it can take a while to explain what I do, I decided to start this website to help not just my friends and family, but anyone else who struggles with losing or maintaining their weight.  I am not a dietician or nutritionist…just a 40-year-old woman who enjoys great food, yet manages to maintain my college weight.
